Be sure to check out the new display in the Art Gallery by the Chapel!

This artwork is part of The Permanent Collection, a privately owned body of art created by Utah artists with disabilities and owned by Art Access.  This collection gives community members access to this artwork with the goal of greater understanding, appreciation and admiration for people with disabilities.

Art Access is an affiliate of VSA, which is a program of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts through its Office of VSA & Accessibility.  This is the only arts organization in Utah that focuses on serving individuals with disabilities and, in 2014, celebrated 30 years of making a creative difference in this community.

Art Access embraces the idea that the arts provide the perfect means for people to tell their stories and articulate their identities. By engaging the community in educational and artful experiences through its galleries and programming, Art Access continues to play a significant role in helping to eliminate social barriers and create an inclusive world for everyone through art.

Artwork from The Permanent Collection is available for short-term loans for public display.
